2. Placing an Order

The Invite Room is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

Any included revision allowance applies only to the scope specified for your selected package.

Changes that require substantial redesign, additional functionality, a change of design direction, or work outside the agreed scope may be subject to additional charges.

We will communicate any additional charges before carrying out such work.

4. Customer Approval

Before your invitation is made available for sharing, you may be asked to review and approve the final version.

Once the final invitation has been approved, any subsequent changes may be treated as additional revisions and may incur additional charges.

Customers are responsible for checking the final invitation carefully, including names, dates, timings, locations, links, and other event information.

5. Delivery

Digital invitations are delivered electronically through the method specified by The Invite Room.

Delivery times may vary depending on the selected package, level of customisation, information provided by the customer, and revision requirements.

Any estimated delivery timeline begins once we have received the required information and payment.

Delays caused by incomplete information, late responses, or customer-requested changes may affect the delivery timeline.

6. Payments

Prices displayed on our website are stated in Pakistani Rupees unless otherwise specified.

Payment must be completed according to the payment method and terms provided at checkout.

An order will generally not begin processing until the required payment has been successfully received.

The Invite Room reserves the right to update prices, packages, features, or promotions at any time. Changes will not affect an order that has already been confirmed unless otherwise agreed.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

Because digital invitations involve customised creative work, orders may not be eligible for a refund once design or development work has begun.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Any refund or cancellation request will be considered based on the stage of work, the amount of work already completed, and the applicable terms communicated at the time of purchase.

8. Invitation Links

Where an invitation is provided through a unique digital link, the customer is responsible for sharing that link with their intended guests.

The Invite Room may not be responsible for unauthorised sharing of an invitation link by the customer or their guests.

9. RSVP Information

Where RSVP functionality is included, The Invite Room provides the technology for collecting and organising responses.

The customer is responsible for reviewing RSVP responses and using the information appropriately for their event.

The Invite Room does not guarantee that every invited guest will respond or that RSVP information supplied by guests will be accurate.

10. Customer Content

You retain responsibility for the content you provide to us, including:

• Photographs
• Videos
• Names
• Written content
• Logos
• Artwork
• Other media

By submitting content, you confirm that you have the necessary rights or permission to use and provide that content for the creation of your invitation.

You grant The Invite Room permission to use the submitted content solely as necessary to provide the services you have requested.

11. Intellectual Property

The Invite Room retains ownership of its original designs, templates, layouts, graphics, code, systems, branding, and other proprietary materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Purchasing a digital invitation does not transfer ownership of The Invite Room's underlying design system, templates, code, or intellectual property.

Your personal photographs, names, event information, and other content that you provide remain yours.

12. Portfolio and Marketing Use

We may wish to showcase completed invitation designs in our portfolio, website, or social media.

We will only use your invitation or submitted content for portfolio or marketing purposes with your permission.

13. Third-Party Services

Our website and invitations may use or link to third-party services such as payment providers, maps, hosting services, analytics tools, video platforms, or social media services.

The Invite Room does not control the policies, availability, or functionality of third-party services and is not responsible for changes or interruptions caused by them.

14. Website Availability
